Mr. Henbest practices land use and environmental law, local government law, and estate planning and probate.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Henbest spent more than three years with the Manatee County Attorney’s Office, representing and advising the Board of County Commissioners in all aspects of land use, environmental, and general local government law.  His work in county government has given him broad experience in the fields of growth management laws, comprehensive planning, land development regulations, and quasi-judicial hearing procedures.
