Ms. Gladfelter represents major national and local real estate developers in all aspects of commercial real estate development, with current emphasis on developer representation in connection with large-scale mixed use planned communities. Her expertise is concentrated in the areas of acquisitions and sales of commercial properties, subdivision and property owners’ documentation, shopping center and office development and leasing, commercial land condominiums, urban fringe mixed-use retail/residential projects and construction documentation.
