Danielle M. Ellis
Ms. Ellis, planner, joined the firm as a Planning Technician prior to completing her education at the University of Florida. As a Planner, she represents landowners and developers in all phases of land development. She works with clients beginning with land acquisition to perform due diligence and advises them on necessary procedures throughout the development process. She represents applicants to provide expert planning testimony in hearings before local government bodies on both Rezones and Site Plan Approvals and also assists with the processing of administrative development approvals.
In her capacity at the firm, Ms. Ellis also provides service to clients seeking licensing from various state agencies including the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (Alcoholic Beverage Licensing, Restaurant and Hotel Licensing and Cosmetology Salon Licensing) and the Department of Health (Massage Therapy Licensing).
